Maintenance Plans
Mauger Mechanical offers several different options in service contracts to include oil heat, gas heat and heat pump plans. The plans range in coverage and pricing options to provide the customer with the plan that best suits their needs.
- Plan A for oil heat is a basic cleaning plan. This plan provides the cleaning and efficiency test of the heater and includes changing the nozzle, filter and strainer as part of the maintenance. Our technicians also inspect the flue pipe and clean the chimney base as part of the service. Any findings and/or recommendations are also documented. In addition to the cleaning this plan also offers 10% off on parts and labor for 12 months.
- Plan B for oil heat offers the same cleaning service as in Plan A, however, also covers several parts under this plan. For the parts covered, labor is also covered during normal business hours. Discounted rates apply for after hour service and for parts not covered under this plan.
- Plan C offers the same coverage as Plan A and Plan B. In addition this plan also offers 24 hour emergency maintenance for those parts that are covered. Also available with this plan is a 10% discount on parts and labor that are not covered as well as discounted rates for electrical repairs and service and lawn care.
Mauger technicians are also here to meet your needs on gas units, air conditioning systems, hybrid systems, propane systems and solar heating systems. We offer basic gas heat plans for condensing and non condensing systems as well as a full line of coverage for air conditioning systems, heat pumps, water heaters, electric air cleaners and humidifiers. Each technician has at least 10 years experience in the industry and the most up to date technology available to keep your heating and air conditioning systems working for you.
Mauger offers free in home energy audits, an on staff electrician, free estimates on replacing your system and also helps you to reduce your energy costs. All backed by the name you trust!
